1. These terms and conditions are applicable to the Procal Dairies x Grazing Capricorn Instagram competition (“the competition”).
  2. Entries for the competition open at 5.00pm (AEST), Tuesday 2nd February, 2021.
  3. Entries for the competition close at 11.59pm (AEST), Monday 8th February, 2021.
  4. The competition is managed directly by Procal Dairies.
  5. To enter the competition you must meet the following conditions:
  • Entrant must follow Procal Dairies’ Instagram page (@procaldairies) and Grazing Capricorn’s Instagram page (@grazingcapricorn).
  • Entrant must like the Procal Dairies x Grazing Capricorn Valentine’s Day Instagram competition post on either the @procaldairies or @grazingcapricorn Instagram accounts.
  • Entrant must tag a minimum of one friend in a comment on the Procal Dairies x Grazing Capricorn Valentine’s Day Instagram competition post on either the @procaldairies or @grazingcapricorn Instagram accounts.
  • Entrant must be aged 18 years and over and not be an employee/family member of Procal Dairies, Grazing Capricorn, or anyone associated with Procal Dairies or Grazing Capricorn.
  • Entrants must reside in metro Melbourne, Australia.

6. The prize consists of:

1 x Grazing Capricorn small grazing box (suitable for 2-4 people)

1 x tub of 900g Procal Dairies Authentic Greek Yoghurt

1 x bottle of 750mL Piper-Heidsieck Brut Champagne

The prize is valued at $138.00 AUD.

Prize is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash. If for any reason the agreed prize is not available, a product of equal or greater value will be provided. The two winners will be selected at random on Tuesday, 9th February, 2021 by a Procal Dairies representative.

7. The two winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram once the competition closes. Winners will be required to supply their full name, email address, contact phone number and physical address.

8. The prize will be delivered to the winners’ nominated address within metro Melbourne, Australia by Grazing Capricorn.

9. If the winner does not respond to the notification message within 24 hours, a secondary winner will be chosen and notified.

10. This competition is being conducted by Procal Dairies, 6/183 – 187 Northbourne Road, Campbellfield, Victoria, 3061.

11. This competition is not affiliated with Instagram.
