INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup (35g) oats

1/3 cup (80ml)Procal Full Cream Milk

1/3 cup (80ml) water

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp cardamom

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp ginger

1-2 tsp honey

Pinch salt

To Serve

Seasonal Fruit

Honey or Maple Syrup

METHOD

  1. Add the oats and milk to a pan and start heating over a medium heat.
  2. Add the spices, honey and salt.
  3. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once it reaches the consistency you like, take off the heat and serve.
  5. Serve seasonal fruit, drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
