SMOKED SALMON AND SOUR CREAM APPETISERS

INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cup Procal Light Sour Cream

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tsp lemon juice

200g smoked salmon

Salt and pepper to taste

To serve:

Chopped chives or dill

Serve on crusty bread, crackers, pikelets or blinis

METHOD

  1. Combine the sour cream, mustard, chives, dill and lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spoon a little of the sour cream mixture on each base and top with some of the smoked salmon and a dill/and or chives. Season with freshly ground black pepper and arrange on a serving platter.
