Smashed Peas
500g bag frozen peas
2 sprigs fresh mint
2 tablespoons Procal Pouring Cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
To Serve
4 pieces sour dough
6 pieces sliced prosciutto
200g Procal GreekĀ Feta
Micro herbs
Salt and Pepper
Cook peas and mint in a large saucepan of boiling water for 5 minutes or until bright green and tender. Drain. Remove and discard mint.
