RASPBERRY CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Procal Authentic Greek Yoghurt
1 cup Procal milk of choice (or can use Sanitarium Almond milk)
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp chia seeds
METHOD
Combine all ingredients except chia seeds in a bowl
In the bowl of your food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients except chia seeds and process until smooth.
Pour mixture into two jars. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds to each jar.
Put the lid on and shake to incorporate chia.
Let it rest for about 1 hour, shake again and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. Eat the next morning
