RASPBERRY CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Procal Authentic Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 cup Procal milk of choice (or can use Sanitarium Almond milk)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients except chia seeds in a bowl
  2. In the bowl of your food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients except chia seeds and process until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into two jars. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds to each jar.
  4. Put the lid on and shake to incorporate chia.
  5. Let it rest for about 1 hour, shake again and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. Eat the next morning
