LEFT-OVER-EASTER-CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

SERVES: 4

DIFFICULTY

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup milk⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • 100g chocolate of your choice
  • 2 cups @procaldairies Authentic Greek Yoghurt⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

METHOD

1. Pop your milk into the saucepan with the chocolate. Make sure your Easter eggs are grated or chopped or shaved! I used the food processor. Heat the milk until the chocolate melts but be GENTLE and do not to let it boil. Once the chocolate and milk have fully combined, add the honey (I used maple syrup) and vanilla extract then mix well.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
2. Spoon the @procaldairies Authentic Greek Yoghurt into a large bowl. Then pour your chocolate mix on top. Mix together and then to pop them individual bowls or one large one for yourself! ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣
3. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve with a small spoonful of @procaldairies Authentic Greek Yoghurt. I popped shaved chocolate and fresh raspberries on top.
