CUMIN FLAT BREAD

DIFFICULTY


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Procal Authentic Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt

METHOD

  1. Combine 1 cup Greek yoghurt, 2 cups self raising flour, 1 tsp cumin seeds and a pinch of salt.
  2. Kneed until soft and smooth.
  3. Split the mix into 4 even parts, shape into a thick sausage, then roll with a rolling pin until 5mm thick.
  4. Oil each side and fry in a pan on low/medium heat until golden.
  5. Serve with whatever topping you’d like.
