INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • 250 mL Procal Full Cream Milk
  • 1 apple (grated)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ tsp orange rind (grated)
  • 200g blueberries
  • 200g strawberries (cut)
  • 200g Procal Greek Yoghurt
  • 2tbsp walnuts (chopped)

METHOD

  1. Combine oats, milk, sunflower seeds, apple (grated) and orange juice in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Stir orange rind and Greek yoghurt through muesli.
  4. Top with blueberries, strawberries and walnuts to serve.
