OVERNIGHT PEANUT BUTTER BANANA OATS

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup steel cut oats

1/2 cup Procal Low Fat milk (or depending on how thick you like your oats)

1 tbsp Procal Icelandic Skyr Plain

1 tsp crunchy peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1 small banana

METHOD

  1. Combine oats, milk, Skyr, peanut butter, cinnamon, chia seeds and vanilla essence into a container, bowl or mason jar.
  2. Cut up banana and combine with the oat mixture
  3. Cover and place in fridge overnight or minimum 4 hours
  4. Optional toppings: Banana, chocolate chips, peanut butter, cinnamon or walnuts
