GREEK YOGHURT TUNA SPREAD

INGREDIENTS

– 95g can of tuna in spring water (drained)
– 1 1/2 tbsp Procal Authentic Greek Yoghurt
– Handful of chopped spinach
– Salt and pepper (to taste)
– Chilli flakes (optional)

 

METHOD

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl, mix well.
  2. Serve whatever you prefer (toast, crackers, rice cakes) and top off with cherry tomatoes
