INGREDIENTS

4 eggs (beaten)

1/4 cup of Procal Pouring Cream

Multigrain toast

Procal Greek Feta

Parsley

Micro herbs

Salt and pepper

METHOD

 

  1. Combine the eggs and cream
  2. Divide the egg mixture into the serves required
  3. In a frying pan, using a spatula form a perfect circle with the beaten egg mixture until cooked
  4. Server on a nice thick piece of multigrain toast topped with Greek Feta  parsley and micro herbs
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Optional: Add a bit of homemade relish
