FROZEN YOGHURT BARK

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g Procal Authentic Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup chopped fruit

METHOD

  1. Place the yoghurt into a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle in the honey and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the yoghurt mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread evenly.
  4. Scatter the fresh fruit evenly over the yoghurt mixture.
  5. Place in the freezer until set (approx 3 hrs).
  6. Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
