INGREDIENTS

Small handful mixed frozen berries

1/2 Banana

100ml Coconut water

1 tsp Honey

1 tbsp Procal Greek Yoghurt

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

METHOD

  1. Blend all berries, banana, coconut water, honey and yoghurt in blender
  2. Serve with Chia seeds sprinkled on top
