Procal produces two types of cream, Thickened and Cooking Cream (Pure Cream). Our Cooking Cream contains a minimum of 35% Fat and has been formulated with the chef in mind. Cooking cream will reduce quickly without splitting. Thickened cream also contains 35% fat and is ideal for whipping and for cake applications. Procal has the right cream for your application.
