Cream

Procal produces two types of cream, Thickened and Cooking Cream. Our Cooking Cream contains a minimum of 35% Fat and has been formulated with the chef in mind. Cooking cream will reduce quickly without splitting. Thickened Cream also contains 35% fat and is ideal for whipping and for cake applications. Procal Cream = Fresh Australian Cream.
