Procal Dairies holds licenses to produce milk and cream & dairy products from Dairy Food Safety Victoria as well as being certified by HACCP & AQIS. All Procal products are also Halal and Kosher certified.
Our internal food safety program encompasses all stages of milk production from milk collection to processing, filling and storage. External audits occur regularly and we are constantly looking to improve our processes so we don’t only meet but exceed all of the minimum requirements for maintaining a dairy license.
All production staff undertake rigorous training when they commence at Procal as well as undertaking training updates throughout their employment to keep them informed and trained on the latest Food Safety techniques.
